Objective:
Initial testwork based on mutually defined scope of work to assess the most suitable process between:
- Hydrogen Peroxide Based Processes
- Caro's Acid
- SO2/Air
- CombinOx
Output:
Generate a cost comparison between technologies for the operating and capital costs.
Phase 2
Objective:
In order to achieve the savings projected from Phase I work, design engineering and cost estimates for the chosen process technology is provided.
Output:
Engineering Package includes:
- Process design criteria
- Capital and operating cost estimates
- Reagent design criteria
- General mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation specifications
Phase 3
Objective:
Commissioning and start-up of detoxification plant with training.
Output:
Assistance with equipment, controls, lab set-up and process optimization, during construction and start-up phase, to ensure that the plant runs efficiently and reliably.
Phase 4
Objective:
Long-term service on detoxification process and equipment.
Output:
- Continue to assist in keeping the detoxification circuit running with optimum efficiency with limited down-time.
- Provide assistance to react to changing effluents and emergency situations.
- Ongoing training on processes and equipment.
